The scope of work for this project included in-situ visual inspection and non-invasive spot testing of 400 citywide murals. The murals were examined for condition of the paint layer and substrate; presence and extent of graffiti; and presence and viability of an anti-graffiti coating. The survey results were compiled into an Excel spreadsheet, for use by the Department of Cultural affairs in planning of future conservation treatments.
